No problem. Our Virtual Staging is great for cluttered, dated, or under-optimized homes that could use a makeover. We’ll remove existing furniture as if it were never there. We’ll then create the optimal design and layout to capture the eyes and hearts of home shoppers.
All we need are your photos. Here’s what to expect…
Send us the largest photos you have in JPG format. We can work with any size but high resolution is best. Take them yourself or use a photographer.
Dimensions of rooms and/or ceiling height. Don't have them? No problem. We can work without them.
Don't have any? No worries! We're great at working with only photos.
We'll provide digital photos in JPG format. You'll be able to download, save and use them wherever you'd like.
Photos will be staged in the largest size that is sent to us. We'll also provide a smaller size.

Yes! You'll never know it was there. We'll remove existing furniture at no additional cost.
We charge per each individual photograph that you send us. We'll add furniture to all rooms and areas that can be seen in a standard photograph. Sometimes you may have multiple rooms in one photo. For example a living/dining combo shown in one photo would count as one photo credit. This excludes panoramic or stitched photos.
Yes, most revisions are included at no charge. Please note that if you decide to change a furniture style or change a photo to a different one, we'll need to start over and there is a charge of 1 new photo to do so.
We do not. You'll need to take them yourself or have your photographer take them then send them to us.
