Are my photos complete?
We'll send you an email as soon as your photos are ready but you can also check the status of your order in your online account.
How can I request changes to an order?
Please request a revision here. To make sure we complete your revisions quickly it is best to use our revision form instead of emailing or calling us with them.
What size and format of photos should I send you?
We accept .JPG photos in any size. Please note that it is always better to send us the largest, highest resolution photos that you have available. That usually means sending us the photos directly from your camera or the "hi res" / "print" version from your photographer. The MLS usually has very small, low-quality images so we do not recommend downloading them from there and sending those to us. We will have to completely redo your photos if you want to make them larger once they are complete but we can always easily make them smaller.

Can I buy your software to stage the photos myself?
Virtual staging is more of an art than it is software. Our design team has decades of experience and uses various different software to provide high quality, realistic photos. For this reason, we don't sell software or a DIY solution as the quality would be inferior. If you are interested in selling virtual staging under your own brand check out our virtual staging reseller fulfillment service or our affiliate program.
How long will it take to complete my photos?
Most orders take 2 business days to complete. If your photos need furniture removed they'll likely take 3-5 days. If you are ordering a floor plan visualization please allow up to 14 days. Need your photos for a certain date? Get in touch with us and we'll do our best to make sure you have them on time.
